1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between dk444 and its users ("you" or "user"). dk444 is an online betting and entertainment gaming platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are prepared in Bengali and that version holds the highest authority. Any translation or version in another language is provided for informational purposes only; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

3. Account Security

• If you log in on a shared device, you must log out at the end of your session.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following approved methods may be used to deposit funds on the dk444 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposits are expected to be credited to the account instantly; in the event of a technical issue, the support team will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. dk444's standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests are subject to a validation process.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

dk444 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳6,000 or more caps the bonus at ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive each promotion only once.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time after bonus activation.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, dk444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• dk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus wagers may not count toward requirements on certain games — the detailed terms of each promotion apply.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once dk444 confirms a bet, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, dk444 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, data feed issue, or unusual circumstances, in which case the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Result Settlement

The applicable rules and the provider's decision are final for settling betting market results. In the event of a dispute over any result, contact dk444 support; dk444's decision after investigation shall be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant sport's rules before placing a bet in a sports betting market. dk444 will not be liable for any bet that fails to process due to an internet connection issue or device fault.

6.4 Game Provider Rules

The rules for slots, live casino, and other games are determined by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded to the user's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk444:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions — such as using a bonus solely to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or match fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activity.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

dk444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Association of the account with illegal activity.
• To comply with directions from the regulatory authority.

11.2 User Rights

A user may request to close their account at any time through support. Any legitimate funds may be withdrawn before closure; however, bonus funds will be forfeited if their wagering requirements have not been met.
